Meet our Board of Executives
Our Board of Executives of the SNDF consists of the office of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Welfare and Director of program. As a growing and thriving community, our membership strength is leveraged through networking and collaboration, to foster growth and progress both individually and as a community.
George Olele
(President, SNDF)
George Olele is the President of the Saskatoon Niger Delta Forum, a vibrant and close-knit Nigerian community organization based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Originally from Delta State, Nigeria, George moved to Saskatoon with his family in 2021. Since arriving, he has been actively involved in community life, driven by a deep passion for cultural preservation, community engagement, and supporting fellow Nigerians in the diaspora.
With a heart for service and a vision for unity, George is leading the association in promoting cultural awareness, assisting newcomers, and organizing meaningful programs that celebrate the diversity and strength of the Niger Delta region.
He is honored to serve this growing community and remains committed to building strong connections not only within the Niger Delta family but also among other Nigerian associations and the broader Saskatoon community.
Osarieme Donbraye-Emmanuel
(V.P, SNDF)
A Licensed Medical Laboratory Practitioner of over 20 years. An Entrepreneur and CEO of Jewelosy Farm Products. Holds a Masters degree in Medical Microbiology Dedicated professional serving in leadership roles within the medical field and in the community. Currently contributing expertise to the Saskatchewan Health Authority Passionate about making a difference in the world, involved in various humanitarian activities. Have contributed to building a welcoming community in Canada for Nigerian immigrants.
Emmanuel Oko-Jaja
(Secretary, SNDF)
Mr. Emmanuel holds a degree in Estate Management from Enugu State Univeristy of Science and Technology, Enugu State, Nigeira and a post-graduate degree in Project Management in Construction University of Salford, England, UK.
My passion is to build a united community where everyone will feel belonged: given opportunity for growth, development and self actualization through the instrument of team collaboration.

Daisy Brown,
(Asst. Sec Gen, SNDF)
Daisy Brown is the Assistant Secretary General of this great association. She has over 12 years experience in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria. She has functioned as an executive member in a branch of Petroleum and Gas Senior Staff Association (Pengassan) in Nigeria before relocating to Canada. She is currently a committee member in the Mining and Nuclear sector in Canada.
Daisy is passionate about community building and is determined to bring her skills to make a difference.
Engr. Cornelius Osuide
(Treasurer, SNDF).
Engr. Cornelius is a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN); He is also a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS), and a Project Management Practitioner. Aseasoned Energy Professional with over eighteen years experience in the energy sector. Cornelius currently works with Shell Plc., where he has successfully delivered numerous projects from the initial conceptualization phase to full execution
Ifeoma Obi
(Welfare officer, SNDF)
Ifeoma Obi’s has degree in English, a post-graduate certificate in Early Childhood, and a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, with a distinction that speaks to my commitment.
My current role with the Government of Canada allows me to harness over a decade of experience as an educator. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of shaping young minds and fostering growth. My background has cultivated a diverse skill set, encompassing interpersonal finesse, unwavering patience, resolute character, and keen critical thinking. I’m not just an educator, but a coach, researcher, and adept problem solver.
On a personal note, I ventured into entrepreneurship, running a successful fashion business with an impressive customer base in Lagos, Nigeria, before embracing Canada as my new home.
Nwokobia Chinedu
(Director of Program, SNDF)
He has 12 years professional experience in the oil and gas industry and 4 years in the manufacturing industry in Canada. Nwokobia Chinedu holds 2 master’s degree from the prestigious University of Lagos. Maters in business administration (MBA) and a Masters in transport planning and management B.sc in Business Administration from Delta state university and a Diploma in supply management Herzing college Manitoba. He Currently works in the manufacturing industry as a material planner and least cost formulator. He believes in a egalitarian society where everyone is treated equally, having same opportunities and access in society no matter their, gender, race and religion.
